A Great American Gay Sidequest
I was so thrilled to give a tour of Metairie Cemetery to Marc Sebastian of A Great American Gay Sidequest. We had such fun exploring the cemetery after hours and “digging in” on New Orleans’ unique burial traditions and laws.
We visited the graves of Al Copeland, Anne Rice, and Josie Arlington, among others - and even went inside one of the mausoleums to view the famous Weeping Angel (or Angel of Grief) statue.
Marc inspired me to start my own TikTok to share some short videos on everything cemeteries!
